Format of the day.

Ron works with a small group of no more than 6 people to allow plenty of time and opportunity for individual focus, practice and feedback.

You come prepared to talk for 3 minutes on a business related topic of your choice and Ron tailors his coaching so that you work on specific key areas to improve your all-round performance during the course of the day.
